According to Volodymyr Zelenski, Viktor Orban's government blocks Ukraine's accession to the EU due to the upcoming elections in Hungary. The president of Ukraine, who took part in the Summit of the European Political Community in Copenhagen, pointed out that present Ukraine is able to respond to mass Russian fire, differently than a year ago.
