Vladimir Putin reacts to "paper tiger". Another threat to the Kremlin

Vladimir Putin one more time threatened that his country would respond to what he called the "militarisation" of European countries, even though it was his country that was allowed further provocations. He besides referred to the description of what Donald Trump utilized for Russia in late September, calling it a "paper tiger".
