Vladimir Putin discusses Ukraine's fresh proposal. And he rejects it

Ukraine proposed to Russia that both sides refrain from carrying out attacks on targets deep within the another side’s territory, which would be a step toward peace, Vladimir Putin said in an interview with Russian state television. The Kremlin rejected the proposal.
