Visa and Mastercard will pay millions of customers for advanced ATM charges

A long-standing client dispute with giants issuing payment cards is at an end. Visa and Mastercard agreed to pay a full of $167,5 million as part of a settlement ending a collective suit in which they were accused of collusion aimed at artificially maintaining advanced charges for access to ATMs.
