Another edition of the competition is being held, in which pre-schoolers and students from grades I–III of primary school creatively interpret the competition's slogan: "In the beginning there was love – my family".
– I would very much like the kid to do all occupation before he talks to his parents. A conversation not only about what a drawing or a pasturage is expected to represent, but above all about the communicative of his life since conception and how it was erstwhile parents learned that it was already there and was developing in his mother's belly. I want all the children active to know that they have been loved since conception," says Magdalena Guziak-Nowak, manager of Education at the Polish Association of Life Defenders.
Plastic works can be done with any technique. You can paint them with poster paints, draw them, sketch them, paste them, make them out of clay, make them in the form of comic books, books or kamishibai theatre. They can besides take the form of spatial works. tiny artists are limited only by their imagination.
Work can be sent by 30 April 2026. The award and publication of the list of winners will take place on 1 June 2026.
All participants will receive commemorative diplomas and a tiny surprise. Winners and winners will receive diplomas and prizes in kind (including games, books, art articles, musical instruments and puzzles).

To participate in the competition, complete the electronic application form below. It will be sent to the notifier by email as a PDF file. It should be printed, signed and sent to the Association's postal address along with the plastic work on the back of which the part of the form marked as a sticker should be affixed.
The work of all preschoolers or students in a group or class can be sent in 1 package.
Each occupation requires a separate application form.
We do not accept collective work.

- Classes I to III
Technique and format:
The maximum working format is A3, for spatial work: 45×30×30 cm. Any technique.
Time limits:
We are waiting for work until 30 April 2026. The results of the competition will be announced on 1 June 2026.

Regulations
1) Organizer:
The organiser of the National Children's Plastic Competition entitled "In the beginning was love – my family" (hereinafter referred to as the Contest) is the Polish Association of Defenders of Human Life (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer of the Contest) based at Krowoderska 24/6 Street in Krakow.
2. Objectives of the competition:
- encouraging parents and educators to talk to their children about the value of the household in their lives;
- stressing the importance of parents and household in shaping the personality of all person;
- developing children's artistic talents.
3) Age categories of participants:
- children of pre-school age (including “zero”);
- children from grades I to III of primary schools.
4) Conditions for participation in the competition:
- filling in the appropriate online form on the Competition Organizer website: pro-life.pl/competition-for-children;
- the signature and printing of the form received on the email form provided;
- sending by conventional message to the address of the Organizer of plastic work (made by any technique) together with signed On a form. At the back of the work, the part of the form, marked ‘sticker’ (please safe work on delivery);
- The maximum working format shall be A3, for spatial work: 45×30×30 cm, any working technique;
- any competition associate can send up to 2 jobs, provided that it can only receive 1 prize;
- the competition must be the work of its own participant;
- plastic work cannot be performed collectively, i.e. by more than 1 individual (including another persons).
5) Any work (also erstwhile 1 kid has done 2 of them) should be reported utilizing an online form. Print and send a separate form for each work.
6) Deadline for submitting work:
Proceed by post to 30 April 2026. (determinates the date of entry) at:

Krewoderska 24/6, 31–142 Kraków
with an inscription on the envelope: "Children's Competition".
The works can besides be delivered in individual to the Organizer's office (Krowoderska 24/6 in Krakow) from 8.00 to 16.00, until 30 April 2026.
7) Evaluation of the work:
The work, which is the creative explanation of the title of the Competition, will be assessed by a committee appointed by the Organizer. The subject of the evaluation will be the focus of the subject, the choice of the technique, careful execution and self-reliance.
8) Announcement of the results of the competition:
The winners' names will be given on the Organizer's website www.pro-life.pl 1 June 2026
9) Awards:
- The Competition Commission will choice Laureates I, II and III in each age category, and may award distinctions. Winners will receive diplomas and prizes in kind (including books and art articles);
- all children will receive diplomas and modest gifts;
- diplomas and awards will be sent by post to 30 June 2026. (only in Poland).
10) The organiser does not return the competition work.
11) The Promoter reserves the right to print and reproduce competition works as part of his statutory educational activity, in print, on digital media and on the net (no copyright fee).
12) The name of the competition associate may be given to the public in order to present a list of the winners of the competition or a presentation of the competition works.
13) Parent (legal guardian) The competition associate agrees to the processing of individual data of his and the competition participant. Full Information clause on the processing of individual data by Polish Life Defenders Association is available on the website Pro-life.pl in the “About Us” tab.
14) The Association reserves the right to unilaterally make changes to the Rules of Procedure at any time. We inform about the changes at: Pro-life.pl
