Vietnam negotiates supplies of military equipment with U.S.

Reuters reported that U.S. arms companies and top Vietnamese government officials were discussing deliveries to the country of military equipment, including helicopters and drones. The agency suggests that Hanoi may want to reduce its dependence on Russian weapons.
