Vietnam and US to observe China against 'use of force' in South China Sea

The leaders of Vietnam and the United States said in a joint message Monday that they are warding against “threats or usage of force” in the South China Sea. The message, made on the occasion of the visit of US president Joe Biden to Hanoi, is clearly addressed to the PRC, the AFP said.
