Vice president Charged with Attempted Assassination of President: 'Don't halt Until You Kill Them'

The lower home of the Philippine legislature has voted to initiate impeachment proceedings against Vice president Sara Duterte. The politician is in an open dispute with the country's president, with whom she jointly won the 2022 presidential election. 1 of the accusations against her is that she threatened the president with death after publically stating that she had already hired a hitman to do so.
