More and more residents of cities and towns are complaining about the persistent barking of neighbour dogs. Today, they don't have much to defend themselves against. Currently, the only real road is simply a civilian suit – a long, costly and frequently ineffective road. Therefore, the RPO came to the Ministry of Climate and Environment with a proposal for changes in regulations.
