The classical explanation of the song begins from the beginning and takes place to it. Well, then it's clear that Microsoft will be feeding this data to its LLMs. Microsoft already spins LLMs with telemetry from Azure (Monitor, Log Analytics, OpenTelemetry) and Application Gateway becomes part of specified a feedback loop.
Application Gateway and WAF make metrics and logs about traffic: delays, HTTP codes, paths, wellness tests, etc. that go to Azure Monitor and Log Analytics. simply write: each request for KSeF is logged in and powered by training Microsoft AI models!
Such data are already utilized to monitor and automatically optimize route, cost and reliability for endpoints AI/LLM through AI gateway/Foundry Models.
Microsoft's own models feed it:
- ➡️ Phi–4 and derivatives (including Phi–4–reasoning) — small, efficient models that Microsoft openly develops with a view to the application, optimization and automatic tuning of systems — RL– the reasoning-plus phase is precisely the kind of setup that can be connected to telemetry data.
- ➡️ MAI‐1 (and further MAI Reasoning Models) — these are large models of reasoning developed in-house as an alternate to OpenAI, which Microsoft, according to leaks, begins to replace GPT in Copilota — the perfect candidate to learn on operating data from cloud, due to the fact that it is to be the brain of routing decisions, cost, QoS etc.
- ➡️ Specialized variants of Foundry Models — Microsoft Foundry allows you to train/ fine-tuning models for Azure data (including Monitor/Log Analytics logs), so you will actually have Phi‐4–ops–optimizer models, MAI‐ops‐planner etc. as internal, closed variants to optimize traffic and costs.
Such a well-trained AI model in a short conversation will describe to everyone the exact strategy of how to mowing any company in Poland from the market. Whoever gets specified a tool will become the king of business in our unhappy country — all company will win competition on the market.
And for that to happen, the only solution is to destruct KSeF!
