U.S. National Intelligence manager Tulsi Gabbard banned sharing information about peace talks between Russia and Ukraine with her closest allies. These are the countries cooperating with Washington within the 5 Eyes alliance, which is the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and fresh Zealand.
