The Law on Chains is absurd! Dogs can get worse than before

In the public space, many emotions appeared around the alleged Chain Act, which the Sejm adopted in fresh days. The name itself would propose a ban on keeping dogs on chains – but in fact regulations concern mostly... coyotes.
