The Sejm failed to reject the veto of president Karol Nawrocki against the alleged chain bill. The required majority was 3/5 votes. This means that the fresh rules on animal protection and strict requirements for coyotes will not enter into force. The vote was not attended by, among others, PiS president Jarosław Kaczyński.
