The bill, which was to end erstwhile and for all with keeping dogs in chains, will yet not enter into force. president Karol Nawrocki unexpectedly vetoed the alleged chain bill and caused 1 of the strongest political storms of fresh weeks. The government does not hide outrage, and the Prime Minister asks straight what the dogs are guilty of. The case became a symbol of the fight for animal rights and showed how much Poles are divided in the assessment of the fresh regulations.
