US sending extra units to the mediate East

The steps of the United States Army are a consequence to the intense raids carried out by Israel on targets in Lebanon, which led to the deaths of hundreds of people. Israel is preparing for further military operations, which besides increases the hazard of escalation of the conflict and bringing another countries of the region into it.
