The number of people admitted to the Church is expanding in the United States. In 2026, the American dioceses adopted an average of 38% more people than a year ago, according to data analysis published by Hallow.
According to the EWTN, an increase in the number of people entering the Church has been recorded throughout the United States, both in large archdioceses and in smaller dioceses. Catechumen, unbaptized persons and candidates who had already been baptized, were accepted into the community, who joined full unity with the Catholic Church by accepting confirmation.
