The U.S. is starting to produce tactical missiles. Is there adequate money?

The missile, like the older ATACMS, is utilized on M142 HIMARS launchers, carrying 1 launch container and M270A2 MLRS, carrying 2 launch containers. Unlike ATACMS, there are 2 (not one) projectiles of this kind in the launch container.
