The U.S. will reconstruct sanctions from russian times? "Obama took it, Trump will fix it!"

Republican Congressman Joe Wilson reported on Wednesday that he had submitted a bill restoring trade restrictions on Russia, originally imposed by legislature on the USSR in the 1970s. Republican Senator Lindsey Graham, on the another hand, one more time advocated that legislature impose "crushing" sanctions on Russia.
