The limitation of the U.S. contribution to NATO's crisis consequence force entered into force with immediate effect - said Secretary-General of the Mark Rutte Alliance on Thursday. At the same time, he stressed that the another allies were expanding their commitment to fill gaps arising from Washington's decision.
