The Deputy Prime Minister and the head of the MON Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz informed during a gathering of NATO Defence Ministers in Brussels that he had received an official, affirmative consequence from the U.S. Secretary of War regarding the permanent presence of US troops in Poland.
