On Tuesday, a second circular of talks between US and Iran took place in Geneva. After the talks, Abbas Araghchi – the head of the second MFA from the countries – agreed on "the guiding principles of negotiations". "This does not mean that we will scope an agreement soon, but the road has been opened," he said.
