US and Russia negociate – Baltic countries can stay without American protection

According to a study published by the Times, European officials fear that the US President's administration may seriously consider withdrawing American troops from the Baltic States specified as Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. This could radically change the power strategy in the region and increase the hazard of Russian provocation.
