USA and the Volunteers Coalition discuss details of guarantees for Ukraine

Downing Street's message was issued after the end of a virtual gathering of representatives of more than 30 countries concentrated in the alleged coalition of willing allies of Ukraine. They were co-operated by Prime Minister Starmer and French president Emmanuel Macron. The event was attended by Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk.
