USA: End of the administrative paralysis? The deadlock in the legislature has been broken

The U.S. legislature passed a bill providing backing for the national administration until January 30 with the required majority of 60 votes. If the bill is besides passed by the home of Representatives—which seems to be a formality—and signed by the president, the national government shutdown in the U.S. will end.
