U.S.: End of Administration paralysis? The deadlock in the legislature has been broken

The U.S. legislature passed a bill providing backing to the national administration by 30 January required by a 60-vote majority. If the bill is besides passed by the home of Representatives - which seems to be a formality and signed by the President, the paralysis of the national administration (shutdown) in the US will end
