USA/ Trump Advisor: Not all NATO countries are with us on Iran, we request Greenland

U.S. peculiar Envoy for peculiar Missions Richard Grenell suggested present that the United States needs Greenland due to the fact that not all NATO states support the US war against Iran.

"One thing is clear – (Donald Trump) is absolutely right that we request Greenland. Not all NATO members are with us on Iran," Grenell wrote in an entry on platform X. "We request Greenland for the national safety of the US as shortly as possible," he said.

Grenell – originally a leading candidate for the head of US diplomacy – has a formal function as “special envoy for peculiar missions” and participated in, among others, first talks with the Nicolas Maduro government in Venezuela, after which his function was marginalized.

The criticism of the attitude of any NATO states in the face of the war with Iran was previously voiced by US president Donald Trump. On Tuesday, he admitted to failing in Britain and its Prime Minister Keira Starmer, for initially London did not let the US to usage Diego Garcia's Indian Ocean base to attack Iran.

– These were the strongest relations of all. And now we have a very strong relation with another countries in Europe," said Donald Trump, after which he straight criticized Starmer, saying, "He was not helpful. I never thought I'd see it. I never thought I'd see it from Britain."

In late February Trump announced that he would send a infirmary ship to Greenland to supply wellness care to the Greenlandites. However, the island’s authorities have powerfully refused to help. According to the “Wall Street Journal”, 2 U.S. infirmary ships – USNS Mercy and USNS Comfort, which were undergoing months of renovations at the port of Mobile, Alabama, were not ordered to leave for Greenland. Comfort would then go to Oregon for another renovation.
