The U.S. State Department reported on Thursday the approval of possible arms sales to the United arabian Emirates, Kuwait and Jordan. The decision was made against the background of the escalation of the mediate East war.
The hotel approved possible sales of missiles, drones, radar systems, and weapons and upgrade kits F-16 for the UAE for a full sum exceeding $8.4 billion.
In the case of Kuwait, sales of modern LTAMDS radars were approved for about $8 billion. And the sum of air and arms supplies and related equipment for Jordan amounts to USD 70.5 million.
The main contractors of the orders are to be American companies RTX Corporation, Northrop Grumman and Lockheed Martin Corporation.
