US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, in 1 of his last public appearances before the end of his term, has outlined a detailed plan for the post-war Gaza Strip. Speaking at the Atlantic Council, Blinken stressed the request to avoid a power vacuum in the conflict-ravaged enclave, pointing to key elements of the proposal to rebuild and stabilize the region.
