U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, in 1 of his last public speeches before the end of his word of office, presented a detailed plan for the post-war Gaza Strip. Speaking at the Atlantic Council, Blinken stressed the request to avoid creating a power vacuum in the conflict-stricken enclave, pointing to the key elements of the proposal to rebuild and stabilise the region.
