US sanctions on Belarusian car manufacture and more

The US finance ministry announced on Friday it would impose sanctions on 3 entities and 8 officials from Belarus, including the truck maker Belaz, the Minsk Automobile mill (MAZ) and the presidential plane of Alexander Lukashenko.
