There is no clear plan for an agreement with the United States on Ukraine, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said on Tuesday, referring to the full-scale Russian invasion of the neighboring country that began in February 2022. At the same time, he added that there is political will in both Moscow and Washington to conclude specified an agreement.
