US preparing plan if war in Ukraine becomes years-long frozen conflict

Washington is preparing plans in case the war in Ukraine becomes a long-standing frozen conflict, lasting years or decades, just like the war on the Korean peninsula, Politico said Thursday, citing representatives of the US administration.
