US manager of National Intelligence on Ukraine War: Neither side will be able to make breakthrough

“We proceed to measure that Russia's goal is to seize most of Ukraine, but Russian soldiers will only be able to make small progress,” U.S. manager of National Intelligence Avril Haines said on Wednesday, as quoted by Reuters. She added that, according to the services, neither side would be able to make a breakthrough in the war, and Ukraine could regain a tiny part of territory in the south.
