The US is abolishing restrictions on AI chips, the PiS announces "Nawrock's success". How was it?

However, Trump's administration will not impose export restrictions on chips utilized in artificial intelligence systems. They were meant to concern a large group of countries, including Poland. PiS politicians say it is "success" of Karol Nawrocki's fresh visit to the US. The facts we have analysed do not support this thesis.
