US: fresh propulsion for submarines and drones

General Atomics is completing a contract to make a fresh propulsion strategy for submarines and submarine drones under the APEX program. Most likely, the aim of this work is to make a fresh generation of propulsors that will be quieter and at the same time more efficient than presently utilized solutions.
