US envoy sets mark for NATO countries: 'We have no another choice'

Despite the war with Ukraine, Russia is already preparing for its next decision and is seeking to rebuild its army, US ambassador to the alliance Matthew Whitaker warned on Wednesday, justifying the request for increased defence spending by alliance countries.
