US defence Department Adds Tencent, CATL, CXMT to List of Chinese Military-Linked Firms

The Pentagon has added respective large names to its list of Chinese companies with ties to the military, including tech powerhouse Tencent, battery maker CATL and chipmaker CXMT. At the same time, six another companies have been removed from the list.
