US: Biden will shortly appoint Lynne Tracy as fresh ambassador to Russia

Satnó president Joe Biden intends to nominate Lynne Tracy as the fresh ambassador to Russia in the close future. Tracy served as Deputy Chief of Mission at the U.S. Embassy in Moscow from 2014 to 2017, the nomination will make her the first female in U.S. past to hold that position.
