US Army armored base in Powidz opened next year?

On October 10-12 this year, the yearly gathering of the Association of the U.S. Army was held in Washington, during which planned modernizations were discussed, including a fresh equipment depot for the American armored brigade in Powidz and achieving a higher attitude of readiness of the US army than always before.
