US allows trade in Russian oil. Sanctions temporarily eased

The United States has suspended sanctions imposed on Russian oil for 30 days and allowed its purchase. This applies only to oil that is already on board tankers that are in the seas and oceans. According to the Russian side, about 100 million barrels of oil are involved.
