The head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, announced a drone agreement between the EU and Ukraine on Wednesday in Kiev. As she stressed, each organization will bring its strengths to the agreement: Ukraine - ingenuity and experience, and the EU - safe facilities to aid increase production.
