According to prof. Gerhard Dannemann, lecturers at the Berlin University of Humboldt, in the proceeding the minister can find errors confirming the the thesis about plagiarism. For example, in the case of respective statements cited in the proceeding von der Leyen refers the reader to sources that do not confirm the thought from the quote.
According to Dannemann, this means that the minister copied a part of someone's work along with the mistake in it...
President of KE Ursula von der Leyen in connection with contracts with Pfizer

The Belgian lobbyist lodged a complaint against the president of the European Commission Ursuli von der Leyen before the Belgian court. She requests that her immunity be lifted and text messages exchanged by her with the CEO of Pfizer Albert Bourla are examined," Euractiv informs.
According to Euraciv, Von der Leyen and Bourla are suspected of straight negotiating through text messages an extension of the EUR 1.8 billion contract for additional doses of vaccine to EU countries.
Frederic Baldan, a Belgian lobbyist accredited to the European institutions, decided to prosecute von der Leyen due to the fact that he believes that her actions violated his country's public finances and public confidence, which was described in the complaint as "collective religion in the state as an organization force working for the common good".
Baldan filed a complaint with the Liege First Instance Court on 5 April.
The portal indicates that the justice may be forced to ask for a waiver by von der Leyen of immunity to conduct an investigation.
