Urgent: president of the Constitutional Tribunal Święczkowski and deputy suspended. The Tribunal is headed by justice Korwin-Piotrowska

The president of the Constitutional Tribunal, Bogdan Święczkowski, and the Vice-President of the Constitutional Tribunal, Bartłomiej Sochański, have been suspended from performing their authoritative duties for a month. The Prosecutor's Office has besides filed 5 motions to waive Święczkowski's immunity. This is simply a prelude to changes in the Constitutional Tribunal and the restoration of the regulation of law in it.
