There will be serious difficulties in mBank
The break was scheduled from September 27 to September 28. The top obstacles may happen between 2:30 and 7:30. During this time: there will be no anticipation of logging into the transaction service and mobile application, no applications will be submitted, and no card payments on the net will be blocked.
During modernization, mLine employees will not have access to client data. Consequently, you will not be able to carry out any bank operations over the phone, or get instructions from the mLine supporters.
At the same time, the Bank stressed that usually – without disruption, it would be possible to pay with a card in fixed stores, restaurants and to pay money from ATMs.
In the message mBank addressed its customers with an appeal to make all crucial transfers and mobile operations, plan ahead. In addition, it is worth remembering "restricted online payments and take care of access to cash or another payment methods during the break".
