Unofficial: Vladimir Putin asks oligarchs to support Russia's budget

Russian leader Vladimir Putin has appealed to oligarchs to make voluntary contributions to the state budget to aid stabilize public finances amid a protracted war with Ukraine, Russian news portal The Bell reported, citing anonymous sources.
