The United States Air Force is allowing an armed conflict to erupt in the close future, in which the opponent will have large forces of destruction. The assumed enemy would be China, capable, among others, of effectively destroying American air bases. The recipe for this is to centrifugal American air forces, which will, however, gotta undergo a large transformation and become more universal.
