The United States and Finland will start negotiations on a cooperation agreement in the field of defence

In autumn, negotiations between the US and Finland on the Defence Cooperation Agreement (DCA) will begin. The agreement is intended to supply a legal basis between States and to make conditions for closer cooperation, if the safety situation so requires.
