During the UN safety Council, Russia tried to turn its tail and to pass the blame for violating Polish airspace to Ukraine - says Prof. Patrycja Grzebyk of the University of Warsaw. In her opinion, the Council was inactive a success of Poland, as most countries condemned Moscow's actions.
