There will be no deals for submarines this year

Although Prime Minister Tusk stated on Tuesday that "we will buy submarines by the end of this year", and on Wednesday the Council of Ministers spoke about the acquisition of ships, there is no chance of a final agreement in 2025. But the choice of bidder is likely.
