SAFE AGREEMENT

For Poles the Prime Minister and for his subordinates the "director" behind whom workers will go into fire at any time and in all matter. This is evidenced by the coalition's determination to adopt the SAFE programme. The beginning of this programme came during the Polish Presidency of the Council of Europe. The threat from Russia and Tramp's announcements of little U.S. military engagement in Europe led to this programme in 2025. Contrary to a mistaken opinion, Poland is not a beneficiary and a borrower of EUR 44 billion. The issue of repayment is well known to the public but the government does not state the cost of handling this debt which we are due to close in 2070. There is no specified rate of interest or whether the interest rate is fixed or variable. These and another terms of the agreement rise many doubts in the environment against the signing of the agreement.

Poland has submitted 139 projects for implementation which must be physically implemented and settled by 2030. Will the Polish defence manufacture have the power to absorb specified quite a few money in specified a short time? According to the government 80-89% of 44 billion.euro is to be utilized by Polish companies. It is besides not clear whether Western companies operating in Poland will be financed by our society by repayment of loans.
