Jagielski's discontinued investigation after the kid died in 9 months

The abortion investigation conducted by Gizela Jagielska was terminated. The kid is dead, and the prosecution states that “there are no signs of a forbidden act”. At the same time, it is Grzegorz Braun who tried to react, defending the life of an unborn kid – he inactive has his actions towards himself. How is that possible?

Prosecutor of the territory Attorney's Office in Wrocław, proc. Karolina Stocka-Mycek, reported that "the investigation into the conduct of abortion in Oleśnica infirmary in violation of the law by Dr. Gizela Jagielska was terminated".

The investigation afraid an incidental of 29 October 2024, erstwhile in the Regional infirmary Complex in Oleśnica a ‘induction of foetal asystole’ – a procedure involving inserting a needle into the heart and potassium chloride. According to the D.A.’s office, the doctor “did not have any sign of a prohibited act”. It was in this case – after media reports – that the investigation started early in the year.

Braun tried to halt the doctor.

On 16 April, Euro MP Grzegorz Braun, reacting to the media coverage of the bestial abortion, appeared in the infirmary and, as he himself said, tried to make a "civil detention" of the doctor.
Jagielska later reported that Braun had "entered the administrative department, blocked her way and locked her in the administrative room."
Today, however, it is not a substance of abortion and killing a kid that is the subject of further action, but of proceedings against Braun, in which, after the immunity has been waived, he may hear charges. The Prosecutor's Office considers that the charges are to concern, inter alia, the unlawful imprisonment of a doctor, the violation of her physical integrity (‘pushing and holding her hands’), verbal insults, claims of her actions undermining her trust in the profession of doctor.
The investigation has already brought charges against the Confederate of the Polish Crown, Marcie Cz., who, according to the prosecution, prevented the doctor from leaving the cabinet during an effort to “civil detention”.

Jagielska loses her job, but not of her own accord

Jagielska published a video in which she admitted:

“This is not my decision, due to the fact that if it were mine, I would proceed what I am doing.”

The infirmary did not extend the contract with either her or her husband, the branch manager.
Jagielska assures that from 1 January she plans to start working in another hospital, where she will be able to calmly proceed her “medical practice” – as if killing innocent children was a simple, regular professional duty.
In his public statements, Jagielska treats the death of a kid in the womb as a simple procedure, as if it were not a human being, but simply a procedure to be performed. Her cool, non-reflective words and recordings show a deficiency of scruples and complete separation from reality, from moral truth: it is simply a living, innocent kid who deserves protection.

When right halt protecting the weakest

What happened in Oleśnica strikes the very heart of the basic fact about man: the life of a kid in the womb is sacred, inviolable and indisputable.
When we hear that an investigation after the interruption of the life of a small, completely dependent man is dismissed and at the same time the responsive is to answer to the court, a question arises about the moral foundation of our state.
We cannot get utilized to a planet where the “induction of fetal asystole” becomes a dry term, lacking awareness of the heart of the child. We cannot stay silent erstwhile the law ceases to see the man where he truly is – in the womb, alive, present, waiting for his birth. all specified life is entrusted with our care and protection.
