To date, the anticipation of purchasing parts for drones has been limited only to the peculiar fund funds which finance circumstantial programmes. In practice, this meant little flexibility and difficulty in responding rapidly to changing conditions on the front and fresh tactics for the usage of unmanned aircraft.
